We had the most amazing 40th birthday party for my husband.
Sole events were incredible from the very first meeting. They have such an excellent approach that makes you feel relaxed and confident in their ability to deliver everything you are asking for.
They totally exceeded expectation on the day. Their enthusiasm, genuine desire for you to have the best time at your event, delicious high quality BBQ, late night bacon rolls, support with setting up, bar and bar staff, organisational skills, cup cakes etc etc were all spot on.
Can not recommend these guys highly enough!!!

Alton Cricket Club hosted their annual end of season dinner and dance at the Barn at the beginning of September 23. We had the most wonderful experience holding our event here. I cannot recommend the venue enough and the owners Sarah, Chris and Katy are the best hosts you can get - so accommodating and helpful in every way possible. Thank you we will see you again next year.
I am so grateful to Katy, Sarah and Chris for providing a relaxed venue for my husband’s 40th Birthday Celebration. From the first meeting at the barn, all the way through the communication stage and on the night itself, they were so friendly, approachable and very accommodating! We had many comments during and after the party saying what a great venue it was for our guests and a great time was had by all at the barn.

Oh, What a night!
It was the perfect venue to celebrate my 50th birthday.
Katie, Chris, Sarah and the team were incredible.
Communication was excellent throughout.
A wonderful experience was created for all our guests and nothing was too much trouble.
The food was delicious and our guests complimented on the flavours and the generous portions.
The bar area and dance floor was a perfect size for a party atmosphere.
We had hay bales & fire pits which enhanced the experience.
It was a brilliant night and would highly recommend hosting your special occasion here too.
What can I say, the team at Sole Events made the celebration of our 25th Wedding Anniversary, and 50th Birthday the best party ever!!
Having been to the location before, it was the obvious choice for our evening. We were celebrating two milestone events, and wanted a relaxed and fun setting.
Chris and Katy were so accommodating from our first meeting, nothing was too much trouble, and on the day they would do anything we asked of them.
We had a slightly formal vow renewal, with red carpet, hay bales for seating and our son as the celebrant. As soon as that finished, the party started, fire pits lit (it was a very chilly day!!), a live band outside, followed by a disco inside.
We opted for the bbq, which I have to say was one of the best we’ve ever tasted, and the guests enjoyed along with the reasonable bar prices!!
The whole thing was a roaring success, in a beautiful location (this was the first thing the guests told me as they got out of their cars, before saying hello!!)
We can’t recommend Sole Events highly enough, and again thanks to Chris, Katy and the team xx
